YYZ Productions · Shift Confirm
Terms of use
Last updated October 9, 2026
These terms apply to everyone who uses Shift Confirm: crew (LSPs), dispatchers, Assistant Location Managers and the Location Manager. By signing in you agree to them.
Your account
- Keep your password private and don't share your account. You're responsible for what happens under it.
- Keep your name and phone number correct so staff can reach you on a shift.
- Tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
Shifts, attendance and pay
- Claiming or confirming a shift in the app is a commitment to work it. If you can't make it, tell us in the app as early as possible.
- Clock in when you arrive at your post and clock out when you're released. Don't clock in or out for anyone else.
- Your timesheet is built from your shifts and clock times. Check it and sign it, or tell us what's wrong. If you don't sign, you're paid for the hours shown once it's approved.
- Pay follows your agreement with YYZ Productions and the production's rules; the app is a record, not a contract.
Conduct
- Use job chats and messages for work, respectfully. No harassment, threats or discrimination.
- Don't share production details, locations or messages from the app outside the production.
- Report incidents and safety concerns through the app or by phone right away; call 911 in an emergency.
Staff use
- Staff use crew information only to schedule, pay and keep crew safe, as set out in the privacy policy.
- Notes about crew should be factual and professional.
Availability
We work to keep the app running, but it can be unavailable at times. If it is, follow your ALM's instructions and record your times so they can be entered later.
Changes and ending use
We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version here. We can turn off an account that breaks these terms; your work and pay records are kept as the law requires.
